Front of House - Restaurant Team

Enthusiastic & Passionate Bartenders/Servers Required


Full Time Position working 5 days out of 7, majority evening shifts working the Main Restaurant with occasional mornings shifts for Breakfast service and day shift for Events/Conferences

Occasionally daytime shifts where functions/events taking place.

The role will be: Serving the Guests in the Restaurant for evening dinner service.

Role includes, taking orders, working in the bar, using EPOS Till System, Stock Checks, Replenishing, Looking after the guests, providing high customer service to reflect on the Hotel.

Working behind the Bar making guest orders and serving to the Guests. Cocktail Making, Wine Serving and Promoting drink sales.

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment will be looked upon favourably but not essential.

The successful candidate will need to be smart, presentable, social, confident and have a pleasant personality; they will need to be enthusiastic and provide excellent customer service. It is more important that we find the right person for the job.

They will need to be at least 18 years old as they will be serving alcohol. On-site Training will be provided.

  • Contracted hours on a minimum 32 hours per week.
  • Holidays as accrued as worked, over the year 28 days allowance
  • Additional Shifts may be available for overtime & holiday cover

Pay rate is negotiable depending on professional experience.

Hotel closes over the festive period - closed over Christmas through to the New Year. Usually 10 days closure/holiday period.

Estimate Shift Times:

Morning Shifts for Breakfast :

Monday - Friday: 6.45am start - usually finish around 10.30am-11.30am

Saturday & Sunday: 7.45am Start- usually finish around 11.30am-12pm

Evening Shifts for Restaurant/Mezzo Bar

Monday - Thursday: start time between 4.45pm-5.30pm, finish between 10-11pm

Friday & Saturday: start time between 3pm-6pm, finish between 10pm-12.30am

Sunday: start time between 4pm-5pm, finish time around 9.30pm-11pm

Housekeeper - Seasonal Contract

Part Time - 20+ hours per week, working 4/5 days out of 7, usual shift 9am - 3pm

Seasonal Contract April - October 2025.

Rota done on a weekly basis - Monday - Sunday.
Candidate must be flexible to work weekends - this is a requirement.
This does not mean you will be working every weekend, weekends off are done on a rotating basis.

Holiday entitlement included as accrued.

Hotel closure period over Christmas & New Year of up to around 10-14 days usually.

Hotel room attendants ensure that hotel rooms are clean, tidy and inviting to guests, by ensuring that the guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented. All aspects of cleaning are covered.

This includes: changing bed linen, making beds, vacuuming floors and replenishing stocks of guest supplies such as shampoo/soap etc and ensuring the room is fully sanitized to welcome the next Guest.

Responsible to maintain a level of cleanliness in the housekeeping area and wash, dry and fold all linens in the laundry room. The position will require performing housekeeping duties, as needed.

Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests. Perform rotation cleaning duties as required.


Rate of pay negotiable based on experience.

Occasional Function Event Bartender/Server

Looking to pick up extra work on the run up to Christmas?

We are looking for Bartender and Servers to work our evening functions across Fridays & Saturdays.


Bartender: Working within the function bar serving drinks, taking orders and processing sales on EPOS Till System.

Server: Serving Guests, replenishing drinks, clearing tables and ensuring guests are looked after, providing high customer service to reflect on the Hotel.
